What should I review on the Closing Disclosure?

Compare the final terms, payment breakdown, fees, credits and cash to close with your latest Loan Estimate and agreements. For most covered transactions, the Closing Disclosure must be received at least three business days before closing. Ask about discrepancies promptly, and review the other closing contracts as well; the disclosure is not the entire agreement.
